With the concept setting a new design standard in boutique hotel/retail developments within Byron Bay.
There is strong public amenities maintained throughout the entire length of the site with a public walkway from front to rear. Which features access to the hotel lobby and retail, with the appeal of lush landscaping at ground level and above all creating a cool, pleasant environment with dappled lighting.
Syncwise delivered a complete automation system based on the KNX protocol, all services throughout the hotel are integrated, starting with the lighting control through blinds, air conditioning, and lift control all the way to the Bose high-end audio system.
This boutique hotel is a great showcase of the extent to which the KNX standard is capable. The access control system is solely made of KNX card readers and integrates into the property management system of the hotel.
