The redevelopment of the Bellview Hotel into the Flynn Hotel featured more than 300 rooms and suites, a day spa, 24-hour gym, 3 floors of urban street eatery-style restaurants and bars and a glass-sided swimming pool overlooking the Esplanade.
SyncWise was awarded this project to deliver the lighting control system through the common areas as well as integration with the audio visual system. The use of motion sensors contribute to the energy efficiency rating and power cost limitation for the hotel.
